Shipping options (for tickets only)

If you need the order to be delivered by certain time, UPS 2nd Business day and UPS Next business day are the right choices.  The delivery time for US First Class mail and UPS Ground are all ESTIMATED.

All orders received before 2:00PM PST, Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same business day.  Orders received after 2:00pm PST Monday to Friday or during holiday/weekends will be shipped on the next business day. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Pick Up at BeyondWork's San Jose pick-up center (for tickets only)

Ticket orders placed on the BeyondWork website BEFORE noon PST will be processed the same businesses day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. On rare occasions when tickets are not in stock and your order can not be processed promptly, we'll inform you via email as to when your order will be ready. 

All orders placed AFTER noon PST will be available for pick up on the next business day. If you want to pick up your orders on the same day but ordered after 12pm noon, please either email us at support@beyondwork.com or call us at (408) 392-9780 to inquire if special arrangements can be made. Please do not come to our offices without emailing or calling first as we may not be able to serve you.

BeyondWork's San Jose pick-up center hours for pick-up orders are 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday. The address is: 1754 Technology Drive Suite 242, San Jose, CA 95110 (Map and driving directions), TEL (408) 392-9780.

Walk-in Orders (for tickets only)

We encourage all of our customers to place orders online. However, we'll honor your request if you insist on ordering tickets in our office. A $3 transaction charge per walk-up customer will be added to each purchase. Payments must be made in cash, cashiers check or money order.

E-Voucher (Non-refundable)

Currently, E-vouchers are available only for a limited number of ski locations. Availability is indicated on the product page. If you are purchasing tickets for one of these locations, enter the quantity desired and press "Add to cart" on the bottom of the product page. Immediately after completing the ordering process, you will be prompt to print the e-voucher instantaneously.  You must* print your E-vouchers and bring them to the ski resorts. If you have ordered multiple E-vouchers, please ensure you have printed all of them: scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Continue" after each E-voucher is printed. 

*If you experience an error in printing an E-voucher, you have the opportunity to re-print the E-voucher from the order confirmation email that you will receive after you place your order or thru account on the BeyondWork Web site.  If you have problem printing the barcode from your printer, still print the paper anyway.  Ski resorts will be able to read the barcode numbers locate at the bottom of each e-voucher.  OR, you may copy the entire page from your browser and PASTE the text into a word document and print.

Email-Ticket (Non-refundable)

Currently, Email-Tickets are available only for a limited number of theme parks. Availability is indicated on the product page. If you are purchasing email-tickets, enter the quantity desired and press "Add to cart" on the bottom of the product page. The electronic tickets will be mailed to your email address (your BeyondWork login email in this case) as an attachment (Adobe PDF format) for you to print within 1 BUSINESS DAY (NOT INSTANTANEOUSLY).  Just print the attachment from your printer and print the paper to the gate.

  • Order placed before 12 noon weekday will typically be delivered on the same business day.  
  • Order placed after 12 noon weekday will be delivered on the next business day.  
  • Order placed after 12 noon Friday or on weekends/holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

*If you do not receive the email-tickets within 1 business day, be sure to check your bulk or spam folder of your email system before contacting BeyondWork.  Some of the email system will place the email into the above folders simply because the email contains PDF attachment.

 Will Call (for tickets only)

Will Call is the shipping method for tickets to most sporting events. To determine if you're purchasing a Will Call ticket, look for the "Will Call Delivery" option on the ordering page. Another way to tell if the tickets are Will Call is to look for the shipping and handling charges. If no charges are shown, you've ordered a Will Call ticket. (Pease note: Some Will Call tickets are subject to a convenience fee.)

Usage Requirements

After you place your order with BeyondWork, the purchase information is passed to the ticket supplier. Only the person who placed the order and paid for the tickets can pick them up at the Will Call office the day of the event. That person must present a photo ID when picking up the tickets. For this reason, make sure to pay for your own tickets. Otherwise, you will not be able to pick them up on game day!
