If you are not satisfied with the tickets you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full BeyondWork credit of the ticket purchase price, minus shipping, handling, convenience fee, and $2.99 per order restocking fee.

In order for BeyondWork to process your return in a timely fashion, please provide us with the original receipt and order number or the email address you used to place the order.

Please note that BeyondWork can not give refunds, credits or exchanges in the following circumstances:

1) Event tickets that are within 25 days of the event
2) Expired tickets
3) Electronic tickets (Email tickets and e-vouchers)
4) Damaged/lost/stolen tickets

This policy applies to all merchandise orders placed through the BeyondWork shopping cart. Orders placed through other vendor's shopping carts, even if those vendor's have links to BeyondWork's site or programs, are subject to that vendor's policies. For merchandise purchased at BeyondBargains Web site, please call (800) 989-0135.

Merchandise may be returned in the original packaging within twenty (20) days of order placement for credit, or replacement. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returned merchandise, which is not accompanied by an RMA number, will NOT be processed.

To obtain an RMA number, please contact BeyondWork Customer Support at (408) 392-9780. Alternatively, an email may be sent to support@beyondwork.com. At this time, you'll receive an RMA number, along with shipping instructions.

After receiving the RMA number and shipping instructions, please send the package via UPS or any other insured carrier. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
